30-Day Refill / Replenishment / Warranty

Our 30-day refill/replenishment policy applies to all products listed on the website marked as a 30-day refill/replenishment warranty.

For any reviews we publish, there is a limited warranty of 30 days for refill or replenishment from the date of posting.

07- Day Refill / Replenishment / Warranty

Our 07-day refill/replenishment policy covers all products listed on the website with a 07-day refill/replenishment warranty.

Any reviews we publish come with a 07-day limited warranty for refill or replenishment starting from the date of posting.

Disclaimer

The Company maintains a policy of providing timely updates to Clients regarding the status of reviews. Such updates will be communicated irrespective of the outcome of any given review. Review Visibility

1. The visibility of reviews is subject to change in accordance with periodic updates to the Review Aggregator’s algorithms and search mechanisms. These updates occur throughout the year. To ensure continued compliance with the Review Aggregator’s evolving standards, our systems are maintained in alignment with the most recent guidelines.
2. The publication of reviews on newly created Business Profiles shall be subject to potential delays. Review Aggregators reserve the right to utilize algorithmic systems to process reviews, and such processing may necessitate a temporary delay prior to publication.

Click-Through Rate

Optimization of the Click-Through Rate (“CTR”) on a new Business Profile may require a period of adjustment. CTR is influenced by the Search Engine’s indexing procedures, which may take time to adapt to a newly created profile fully.

Image Submissions

To ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations, we may, at our discretion, request images from our clients. Clients agree to provide such images promptly upon any such request.

Modification Of Reviews Content and Ratings

Content and ratings of reviews may be subject to modification by the Company to ensure continued compliance with the latest Review Aggregator’s guidelines and to maintain the highest standards of user experience. This includes but is not limited to, correcting grammatical errors, improving clarity, and ensuring factual accuracy. We may also adjust the star rating of a review to align with the content if necessary. The Company reserves the right to implement such changes without prior notice.

Refund Policy

If we are unable to initiate your order due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund for the purchase amount. We will communicate any such instances promptly and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

However, once your order has been successfully placed and entered our processing queue, we are unable to offer refunds. This is because our review generation process begins as soon as your order enters the queue, and resources are dedicated to fulfilling your request.

Note:  We understand your needs may evolve. If you require a service exchange, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request within processing limitations.

1. The percentage of successfully posted reviews may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Success rates typically range between 30% and 70%. While we strive to post all reviews, we cannot guarantee that each one will be published. All submitted reviews will be recorded and accessible for your reference.
2. For the purpose of maintaining an authentic and credible review profile, the service will provide a combination of reviews, with the majority being 5-star ratings. A smaller percentage of 4-star ratings may be included. This distribution is designed to comply with platform guidelines and best practices for managing online ratings.

User Accounts And Passwords

Certain features or services offered through this website may necessitate the creation of an account by the User.
